bad mood swing.

sighs .. it was such a badd day ..
started off with a crampy sleepless night. i was curling all arnd and whining to amanda on how painful my cramps were ): alarm rang at 7 but somehow i snoozed it off and fell asleep till 8.15 .. jumped out of bed and took my sweet time to prepare for work ..

dearest msged that he was going town and asked if i want bkft .. somehow when i reached orchard he was alr at macs waiting for me .. SIGHS. why didnt he just wait for me at the mrt stn instead of letting me walk all the way there ALONE to find him. ):

anyway i got my sausage mcmuffin bkft with a cup of hot milo! .. headed up to office and when i stepped in .. my mgr came out to get a drink .. *oops* .. oh wells .. started clearing emails and scanning tickets .. super super busy! .. arnd 2+ wanted to go for lunch with jane but suddenly got last min meeting .. so had to sit at the counter .. i tell u i almost cried .. cuz i was having cramps + i was getting hungry and needed some comfort food .. luckily the meeting ended not long ltr arnd 3+ ..

we left for lunch at 3.30 .. with the counter unattended cuz no one was free to do it .. quickly went tangs to dabao tori q and got hot chocolate from mc cafe to warm my stomach .. went back to office and answered a call before having my lunch .. it was almost 4 by then .. somehow after that time passed very quickly .. had a stupid customer who totally pissed me off .. my colleague who covered my work ytd while i was away made a honest typo mistake by forgetting to change the taxes for bkk on the template .. then in the end she emailed out the kl pricing to the fella ..

he called initially to change the dep time cuz he thought it was too early but somehow after i changed it to the later one .. he decided that it was too late .. so changed back to the same one again .. then he double check abt the airport tax cuz he said it was not that ex -- SGD72 (kl taxes at the present) .. i checked and told him that the taxes are SGD149 (bkk taxes at the present) and he was like "no! cannot be .. SIN taxes only SGD28 .. the most BKK tax roughly SGD30+ so shldn't be as high as SGD72 .. now u're telling me that the taxes are 149?!" ..

so i explained abt the fuel surcharge by tg .. and wah it was terrible .. he said that i didnt state properly in the email and went on rambling abt me thinking he's a kindergarden kid who didnt know what airport taxes was .. and even said that he could report to the media on how my co. dunno what's airport tax blahblahblah. super fed up with him .. i wanted to slam the phone .. but i controlled and just let him say what he wanted ..

somehow the more he said and the more i tried to explain .. it didnt work la .. then he insisited on using the email as BLACK AND WHITE to pay for his ticket. and the total amt payable was SGD122 in the email. logically if u add 80 + 72 it would total to 152 not 122 .. so obviously that email got problem alr .. but he kept insisting that he'll only pay 122 .. i told him that although he can write on the authorization form 122 .. but even when we do the payment we'll check and inform him of the additional amt that he has to pay which is 107 due to the taxes .. and it is clearly stated that taxes are NOT GUARANTEED until tickets are issued.

i totally gave up quarrelling with him not long ltr cuz i was really fuming .. so i put him on hold and sought my mgr's advice.. in the end she help me take his call and was trying to pacify him with vouchers which he didnt want .. he was comparing the promotional airfare with budget airfare la! .. then my mgr resort to telling him that he's still able to cancelling his booking if he wants by monday. oh wells .. i hate this kind of pple. ROAR. make my life miserable only ..

anyway i told my mgr that i'll be ending work next thurs .. so i'll have enough time to start packing my stuff for aussie .. (: .. manage to follow up those backlog bookings and cleared those that had expired ticketing dateline + scanned and mailed out all the e-tickets! .. now i left to calculate the outstanding amt + invoice all those ticketed bookings ..

goodness me .. i brought the whole stack home in my laptop bag tgther with my laptop .. it weighed a million tons! ): shoulders were hurting when i carried it .. i resorted to hugging the whole bag and dragging it arnd while walking arnd town with dora .. she wanted to help but aye cannot la .. she's so thin .. ltr her bones break! and i was super stoned after 8. that was how my mood swang.

BOO. 21 days more till we fly! .. feelings quite mixed up now .. but .. I JUST WANNA QUICKLY STUDY AND GET MY DEGREE!

randomly .. my crazy bf had been complaining abt me always being late and making him wait .. thus he suggested that he shld propose to me now and slowly wait for me to give him and answer .. since i love making him wait. such an ass right?! .. tsktsk. anyway isnt' a guy suppose to wait for a girl?!

sighs .. it's time to sleep now!
