i'm so sleeeeepyyy!
another week of 930 shift coming up ..
it'll be quite lonely cuz all of them are going onsite ..
had made afew picture collages but havent got the time to caption them yet ..
maybe tmr i'll do it if i'm in the mood ..

i saw the pretty christmas tree at mt faber from vivo!! ..
and we were rather lucky cuz we saw the 6 mins fireworkss =D
super pretttty! .. will post them up sooon too ..

realised that walking from office to vivo isnt that far ..
just walk straight and turn right and walk straight all the way ..
took less than an hour ... and it was nice esp with the right company .. (:

dozing off just now .. ended up playing wedding dash which dora recommended ..
super dumb.. the endless recep was insane! .. the bride became green .. ahaha

first time i stayed in the office till 730 .. =x
the call came in at 620 and lasted till then ..
must really thank my seniors for staying back to try and solve the case which would be continued tmr ..

was pleasantly surprised by fengyi just now! ...
came up the escalator towards the uob bank with dora .. then saw fengyi!!
she was waiting for us cuz she saw us coming up .. ahha super nice! (:
after dora got on the cab .. accompanied fengyi to buy her dinner from the pasar malam ..
managed to catch up quite a fair bit .. and we're gonna meet up soon! =D

had kfc for lunch at taka .. some1 came and we went to look for christmas deco .. from taka basement to concourse .. bought whatever we needed and headed back to office to leave the stuff there .. had alot of surprise faces when we got there cuz we were supposedly on leave .. filza came down and was like shocked .. haahha .. her face also lighted up ..

oh wells i got my 3rd pay cheque =D .. cleared my emails .. it was flooded! .. next time i'll post a screenshot of my outlook .. haha .. it's just 2 days of not reading .. the lotus was worst .. the whole screen was RED (unread) .. ahaha .. i think the unread mail count almost hit 2000 alr .. haha ..

it's already one day away from my tp and yet i still make alot of stupid mistakes today ..
i think i scared the shit out of my instructor ..

had to look for senior rgd dialup .. then went to 2nd floor to look for him and there was only 1 way up which was the stairs in the office .. but when i reached there i didnt see him .. so asked jo if she saw him .. and she told me that he went down alr .. but weirdly we didnt even meet on the stairs laa! .. then when i walked back to my place i saw him at his place and burst out laughing .. that was how "fated" we were .. =x .. silly us .. haha

as time passes ..

the workload gets more ..
write out a list of stuff i have to do each week and add new items along the way ..
usually priortise them according to lvl of importance/urgency ..
so far it's still quite "cope-able" .. just that i tend to lose track of time when i'm busy ..
and my neighbour would be nice to pop by and "distract" me from my work which is good .. =D

i'm really thankful for the people arnd me .. esp my dept and neighbour!
they never fail to brighten my gloomy days when the stupid cisco phone just rings off the hook .. and over the line there'll be all sorts of people demanding alot of things ..
oh wells .. it's part and parcel of working life i guess .. esp in cust srv. when the customers are always right .. and u always have to put on a false cheerful front when deep inside u're just grumbling and cursing away ..

nightmares and a throbbing head ..

it's my 500th entry .. yet i don't really have anything much to say .. ):

had been having nightmares the past few nights ..
waking up at unhumanly hours and going back to sleep with part 2 ..
in fact i had been late for work cuz i woke up late too .. =x
can't seem to get out of bed on time .. and there was once i thought my alarm was a msg .. i snoozed it and continue to sleep .. in the end my dad had to wake us up ..

on a lighter note .. friday wasn't a bad day ..
there was "no govt" in the office .. but we manage to do our parts and closed most outstanding cases .. =D
was really fidgety .. walking over to farah's place to ka chao her .. heehee .. then she and jerms came over to my place too .. munching on sweets/cupcakes and playing with the silly ol' dog which barks for no reason! .. it's getting crankky .. farah and jerms would turn and laugh at me what that happens .. i was super paiseh so i put it in my drawer till it stops barking =x

we changed our lunch time on friday so we could lunch with farah .. *sorry for ps-ing linda!!* .. headed to amoy and found $7 on the way to capital towers .. gonna buy some snacks to munch with the money .. (: ..

it wasn't that bad a day today ..
although it started rather badly with me waking up at 5 plus thinking i was late ..
then couldn't find a nice outfit to wear .. and staring out of the window thinking if it'll rain ..
which in the end it poured cats, dogs, rats, rabbits! .. left house late .. but got to work earlier than everyone else cuz jerms woke up late ..

uat 3 started today .. suppose to start but didnt had the mood to do it .. so in the end i was doing the report prtsc and workflow for refund overpayment .. answered 2 calls by the same person but no big issue ..

made a big fuss over lunch today too .. wanted to order kfc delivery .. mingli did the ordering in the end the person was like "due to overwhelming response .. pls try again 30 mins ltr .." so we ended up ordering pizza hut .. it was shared amongst the 5 of us .. and the deliveryman came like 20 mins late!! .. mingli kinda scolded the person over the phone =x .. scaryy!

after lunch was keeping myself busy with photocopying and binding reports .. then had first onsite visit .. the place was just across the road .. less than 5 mins walk ..
it was an eye-opener i must say .. rather good experience ..

i guess the first few meetings would be the same for all others too .. it's just the insecurity about the product the users would have .. thus tend to ask and find out more .. it's interesting to hear the qns they ask because it kinda allow me to know more stuff that i didnt know .. and at the same time understand that different agts got different needs too ..

i really salute my supervisor and jerms .. they were able to answer the qns very fast .. and in fact they were really cool abt the whole thing .. =D

it's just the beginning phase and i believe things will get better as we go along too .. we shall await their decision again but in the mean time .. we still got stuff to do .. so it isn't that bad (:

i can't wait for thursday!! .. it's deepavali = public holiday! *jumps with joy*
i think we'll be going out as a BIG family .. but i'm not sure where yet .. maybe zoo? .. haha

oh what a busy day!
everyone was quite busy today .. no time for lotus/pinkys ..

amended templates for 2 agts ..
answered quite alot of calls from the same agt.
and the printer simply hates me laa ):
i printed a 2pg doc ONCE but it always come out multiple pgs of the 1st pg! ..
super irritating .. *roars*

burnt my tongue while eating fish porridge during lunch .. =X
the aircon was FREEZING cold today .. i kept fidgetting and walking arnd to keep myself warm ..

nth interesting happen i suppose ..
oh .. jerms was on mc! ..

my wrist got bandaged again .. some ligament problem ..
the doc says it's gonna take quite sometime to heal ..
so i guess no more streneous activities and badminton for now ):

for the first time ...

it had been a day filled with emotions ..

my first few calls were keeping me busy .. i unintentionally abandoned a call cuz i was on the line that i transfered over and forgot to put not ready =X .. but thank goodness agt called back and he was super nice .. i took quite long to settle his case and had to ask angie for help too cuz it was whizz ..

calls just kept coming in one after another .. just as i set to "ready" the phone rings! ..
but this morning calls were all pretty ok .. repeated caller cuz had some prob with it .. then i ran arnd answering phones cuz they were all onsite ..

honestly i didnt expect myself to breakdown this morning .. cuz it started off pretty well ..
but it was not till my 4th or 5th call which was an angry agt scolding over the phone .. it was quite hurting listening to her shout and say those things .. oh wells but it's over .. all i could do was call my senior and took the case on hand with critical issue and settle it asap. after the call i just felt tears flowing down and i kept "consoling" myself .. so after calming down i went about doing what i had to do ..

in the end .. after settling all those problems from the calls i got .. i had no time for what i initially had to do .. and ended doing them after lunch till 2.30 .. had ARC meeting to discuss upcoming events .. it ended at 3.30 .. continued to do my stuff and *poof* blackout!! .. the whole temasek twrs was pitch dark with emergency lights shining and only the data centre had lights cuz of backup pwr supply ..

my dept had pwr supply from the backup too .. so the helpdesk pple came over to use our phones to clear their calls which was coming in .. and it resulted in 12 abandoned calls for our dept =X .. anyway the blackout took 10-15 mins to revive .. and in the end my dept was the last to have pwr cuz it got cut off halfway while logging into the system .. apparently our calls are controlled by the computer .. so w/out the computer .. no calls would come in ..

at 5.30 everyone was chased out to attend the staff function .. it was GM's last day and new GM's first day .. so went thru the speeches, nov bday celebration and dinner .. then phototaking, prize giving and karoke .. super hilarious (: .. i think my co. is rather fun! so sad GM's leaving .. he's young and as according to farah - hot! .. haha .. i think he's a 101% gentleman .. always smiling when he sees us .. although man of little words, but his actions speak very very loud!
