falling sick soon?

i'm feeling sneezy and my nose is abit blocked ..
this is my 3rd wk at work and i just got more work load in my pile ..
so much for being a temp admin asst.

i have a list of troublesome customers who are going to be blacklisted by me.
1) constantly changing dates and somehow eventually sticking to the original date ..
2) calling up to ask me to cancel ticket and refund money
3) blasting my email to ask abt refund status
4) complaining why so expensive and thinking that they shld only pay for tix w/out taxes ..

sighs .. i'm very tired .. shall head to bed in 6 mins .. it's another long day tmr ):
