tsktsk. PAIN
i can't believe i went to the GYM today for the FIRST time in my life!
and i'm ACHING all over now ):
neck pain due to work .. i finish typing banyan. omg .. 200++ profiles cuz corp + leisure .. my eyes were jumping out of it's sockets ... i have another 2 more BIG companies to conquer .. itochi and swiss rec .. =x other than that the rest are minor companies .. i guess shld be able to finish it by friday cuz that's my target! .. CHIONG AH.
now my arms are hurting cuz i "rowed" the gym machine .. goodness me .. just a damn machine made me in such pain ): .. then iRAN walked like a hamster on the threadmill for almost 20 mins .. arnd 1.5m .. vy was more powerful .. she ran 30 mins! .. =x
sighs .. now i'm suffering from neck, hand, leg and head pain .. i'm gonna sleep now ...
i know i'm damn unfit and i'm contemplating not to go for marathon so i would not need to suffer so much torture to my poor body .. =x
