meet mr thumb!

this entry is alil backdated ..
mr thumb was injured on 20th aug while chopping onions.

he bled profusely and eventually was bandaged up .. but still looked really shuai (handsome) for afew hours till the next day when the doctor "operated" on him and removed his face ..

over the next few days mr thumb had totally no face and his owner decided to do plastic surgery on his faceless face .. and TADA .. the new look.

anyway mr thumb is in the process of healing and is almost 100% recovered.

dearest bought back a 3 piece chicken kfc meal + a bouquet of flowers with 1 blue rose in the middle .. (nessa .. it looks familiar right?!)

anyway .. according to dearest .. dinesh told him that today is chinese vday (7th day of the 7th lunar mth) .. we did a search and found out that today's the day where the cowherd and weaving maid meet .. that's why it's considered chinese vday and he got me a flower ..

randomly .. his friend didnt believe that i'm 20 (in fact i'm only 19 at the moment) .. and i can't go for the spa cuz i'm not 21! ): .. so i have no choice but to ask him to give to his mum/sis .. haha ..

i'm watching little bride for the past 1 wk and i left 2 more discs to complete it! shall watch it tmr! (:

got news that i might start work from next monday .. will have to confirm it tmr again with dearest .. nessa got lobang at starhub roadshow too!! .. shall see how .. i need a job and i need money! .. i wanna shop for clothes! ):

i had a nightmare last night which just seemed so real .. sighs ..
1) my mum decided to pay for my aunts trip to china with her ..
2) my parents were asking me why i didnt wanna try local unis because of money issue ..
3) i was angry and crying real badly asking them why my mum can use the money for my aunts trip which was redundant and not use it for my education instead ..
4) ended up reasoning with my dad .. but he's real understanding unlike my mummy ..

anyway .. i realised quite alot of things when i was talking to my dad afew nights ago ..
1) my dad could have been richer if not for my "kpo" mum
2) my mum's side are really ungrateful pple who are "de chun jin chi" (taking advantage of pple when they are nice to them)
3) quite a few relatives owes us money and promised to return by "monthly installments" but they only return for afew months and forgot abt it totally (the outstanding amt is quite alot)
4) relatives can't be trusted although they are related by blood .. they can cheat ur money, dont bother apologising and would rather avoid the whole matter (the money cheated is equivilent to whatever loaned in point 3)

sighs .. i wonder what will happen in the future ..
it's just so bleak. ):
