hic .. hic .. hiccups.

i had been hiccuping for quite long and finally it's GONE.
thanks to dad's suggestion of drink HOT water ..

anyway it had been such a long day today .. i ended up falling asleep at 1.30 and waking up at almost 7 .. chiong all the way .. and had a bad start today too .. my first pair of shoes didnt match what i was wearing + the soles almost came off .. so when we reached the interchange .. i got fed up and told my parents i was going home to change a pair of shoes and told them to leave first ..

some how amanda called me just as i was leaving house and said that they were in the bus alr .. so i RAN all the way to the next bus stop to catch it .. and jay-ran across .. luckily made it just in time cuz of the traffic light .. phews .. anyway we were early la .. reached arnd 8.20 ..

after service went up to mini creche and we had alot of kids today!! .. 16 .. luckily not alot of them cry .. at arnd 12.30 cleared up the whole place and went down to look for dad .. suppose to go for the teacher's day lunch .. but in the end mum "represented" us .. she actually didnt wanna go but just happen that aunty cindy "caught" her there .. so dad, amanda and me headed to have our lunch .. went to pick alethea at 1 (she ended earlier by 15 mins) got brochure for jason too cuz his son's chinese quite bad .. haha

we went to the wanton mee place beside molin .. dad ordered and his queue no. was 70 .. after 15 mins of waiting we gave up cuz it was only 66 .. luckily alethea had a big chicken pau and amanda had 2 char siew pau .. by then dearest was pretty pissed that we havent' made our way down to meet him yet cuz he ended class at 1 and was at shenton way bus stop waiting for us .. so dad bought himself a big chicken pau while i requested for 1 charsiew + 1 big chicken pau so i could give dearest as he didnt eat too ..

walked out and saw a cab and took it down .. dearest was really pissed when he heard we were in the cab =x .. went to pick him up and headed to hortpark .. it's a very nice place!! .. luckily by then he was less pissed and we went over to look for aunty janet to tell her that we had to leave arnd 3.30 latest ..

found out that he was suppose to be a contestant for mr macho game .. there were 6 contestants in all and each contestant had 5 helpers/volunteers that had to blow up 10 balloons and stuff into the shirt to make the contestant look macho .. the macho contestant with the loudest claps from the audience wins ..



i went to look for uncle anthony to help me out and he did (:
teeheehee .. got another 3 more volunteers in my team too .. they were really great! .. and they transformed dearest to mr cool macho!!
there was a damn enthu aunty who came up and lent him her shades .. whOOoos .. he did a few macho poses too and the crowd went "wild" ..

btw .. sani don't drool ah! i know he looks "hot" there. LOL

in the end they couldn't decide the winner although i really heard quite loud applause for dearest .. i really couldn't stop laughing la .. it was darn hilarious .. =x .. each contestant got a gift and their walk started after that game .. we took a few snapshots before leaving the place cuz dearest was rushing over to lily's daughter's 4th bday + her cousin's daughter's 1st bday party where some of the ex & present abacus staff were alr there with their families and kept chasing him to quickly reach as they were leaving soon ..

i really like the hortpark! .. jeanie and calvin from our lg were super random la .. they saw me and him taking pic along the spiral stairs and were like saying that we shld have our wedding there =.=" .. they supported him and gave him high 5 on their way up .. BOO. anyway we took a pic tgther with iris on some cool resting thingy .. jeanie was making herself real comfy there .. haha ..

our last shot was at the swing before we went out to flag a cab to palm gardens which was just OPPOSITE emy's place .. but sadly she wasn't home. ):

we reached palm gardens arnd 3.30 and were just in time for the cake cutting session! ..

i think lily's 4 yr old daughter - pearlyn is cute! .. haha .. was "entertaining" myself while dearest "entertained" others .. we left arnd 4.30 and headed to dearest's place for dinner ..

shopped at causeway pt's cold storage for ingredients before taking bus down ..

was watching tv and chatting online while dearest prepared dinner .. super yummyy!! (:

korean noodles for alethea .. well done steak with mushroom sauce + small potatoes + brocolli + mini corn + mini carrot + both chicken thighs and a wing from the ready cooked whole black pepper chicken that we bought from cold storage .. super FULL after that =x

dearest's bro came back arnd 8+ .. my first time meeting him but didnt get to talk or anything .. he seems quite dao =x ..

me and alethea cabbed back at 9 in a merc cab and fell asleep on the way .. super tired ..
after washing up was helping mum with her ppt and sani sent me some pics of ytd .. so i shall post them up (:

i forgot to add that i've got an interview tmr @ 10.30 and tues @ 9 ..
i've sent out 2 resumes too! .. i'm really desperate for a job and i have to settle the stupid school thingy tmr ..

sighs. i really dont know what to do with my life.
maybe the easiest way is to just get married and be a housewife.
but cannot. i got a whole list of dreams to fulfil .. so i shall persevere on!!
