i'm beginning to dread working again.
the people are seriously wearing MASKS to work ..
don't they feel like they are suffocating under their MASKS?
hypocritism at it's peak is quite obvious everyday ..
i have seen and encountered real life experiences where people can seem rather nice, friendly and innocent if not working on close proximity ..BUT through the period .. i realise that they are really good actors/actresses. they don't mean what they say to you and even can go behind you and use a long sharp knife to STAB your back.
and what's up with the saying that goes "we are a team" .. you can always say it but don't even mean it .. rmb ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. so PROVE yourself with your ACTIONS before you say such things else it's hold no meaning at all.
it doesn't mean that i am alright with things and always consent to help to do stuff means that i'm really fine with it and you could always take advantage of me. beacuse in actual fact you are just plain lazy and always giving excuses that you are busy when you are causing more trouble to others.
not forgetting biasness, comparisons and taking sides are very common too ..
it really irks me to see that some people shows it so openly and always cover up for the other although the person is really at fault. futhermore NO ONE IS PERFECT and NO ONE IS ALIKE .. so quit comparing .. everyone has their styles which they are more comfortable with .. don't force them to change to what you want them to be .. they DON'T owe you a living.
there are simply TOO MANY verbal promises that are made BUT are eventually unfulfilled ..
how would you feel if i did that too? .. cheated?! betrayed of the trust?! angry?!
honestly .. you don't deserve to feel all that because you were the one who first started it .. it's just a tactic done to let you taste your own medicine ..
the saddest fact of it all is that you don't have much say when you're just a small fry in the company and the company's turnover rate is increasing but you can't do a thing.
so WAKE UP, this is the REAL working life.
