a lesson learnt..

don't assume.

wells .. it was quite a bad afternoon ..
i kept assuming that the printer was at smart saver cuz it was suppose to be delivered at 10 .. so i just happily left office at 1.30 .. and since richard told me that he would be late .. i decided to take the bus down to town .. and i reached there rather early so i made a HUGE detour to say hi to mayo before heading there ..

just as i was abt to reach smart saver .. pp called and told me that melanie called to say that no one delivered the printer .. by then i just reached there .. called sani to check what happened to the printer .. in the end pp called to say that the printer was at the transport co. and the delivery man forgot to deliver it =.="

was talking to melanie for awhile abt the whole situation before heading back to office .. didn't really get scolded or anything .. but i felt really guilty for assuming and not checking .. =x

anyway .. today is a sucky call day .. had alot of sucky calls .. was losing my patience with the agts .. i really didnt get why they ask such simple questions when they had alr came for training .. PLUS a senior had been onsite many days for the past few weeks .. why didn't they ask her?! .. there was another agt who was damn demanding .. i really hate answering her calls .. she always demands and rattle on and on abt us wasting her time .. abt how sucky our products are .. etc etc .. i actually asked her if she would like to speak to my supervisor and she claims that she was not free but continued to rattle on before requesting if i could direct her to the mainline .. i really hate her ..

it's gonna be a long day tmr .. hope the printer would be sent in the morning so i can settle it once and for all .. got a meeting with an events planning co. tmr afternoon too .. just pray that they both won't clash .. i can't split myself into half .. sighs ..

whatever it is .. i'm going to sleep alr .. it's almost 12! ..
