3 rings and call abandoned!

it's day 2 of answering phone calls ..
i think my reaction quite slow or the person talk too fast ..
i can't really catch the person's name and always have to ask for like the 2nd time ..
i hope i'll be able to grasp the technique of troubleshooting soon ..

had my first conference call .. quite cool just listening to 6 pple (excluding me cause i was too "shy") talking over 2 phone loudspeakers .. the whole thing lasted for 1hr plus ..

honestly .. work is supposely getting more exciting with me starting to answer phone calls .. but maybe it's good cause we have very little calls .. unless sth wrong really happens and everyone starts calling in .. e.g 8 calls within 45 mins .. that was like record breaking .. haha .. and the phone was rather silent the rest of the day ..

my neighbour was on leave today cause of her TP and preparation for hari raya .. and mingli was quite tied up with her stuff too .. the only problem we faced was with a dialup and it took rather long to solve with 3 depts handling .. ps, tech and systems .. unexpected right?! ..

i'm glad i manage to do up my portfolio .. so it's not under construction alrr!
just left to add in my documents/assignments ..
2nd fortnight report done but i dont think it's good ..
i keep re-reading but i really dunno why i still find it weird .. sighs ..

my weekends are burnt!
going to pasir ris to cycle tmr morning .. then help out dora & her family from afternoon cause they're having bbq in the evening .. abit weird right?! .. oh wells ..

i'm falling asleep in front my laptop!
it's a sign to go to bed!!

randomness: i keep hearing the phrase "pursuit of happiness" the past few days .. even seeing it in 8days .. it's super coincidental .. maybe it's a sign too .. good sign i hope .. (:
