baking in the sun ..

whEes .. the past 2 days have been fun i guess ..
i just cleaned my laptop keyboard .. and thus they're CLEAN now !! (:

10th mar : saturday ..

i got up at 9plus .. had brunch and slacked in front of the tv .. watched some vcds & was online .. in the afternoon started baking ... was "stock taking" baking stuff from the kitchen cabinet .. then see what ingredients i had and what i can bake .. and tadaa .. i baked muffins (: .. suppose to be chocolate hearttrob .. but somehow it didn't seem that great for first attempt .. cuz the colour wasn't chocolatey and it was too sweet ..

so i added cocoa powder this time .. the vanhouten one .. + an egg yolk to "soften" the mixture cuz it was abit dry .. wahh .. the mixture became chocolatey !! .. it didn't taste as sweet too .. so from the second batch onwards it was much better than the first .. anyways had an extra egg white .. so i created with meringues by whipping the egg white and adding sugar .. then baked for 2 hours till it became harden ..

but again .. for the first attempt .. it was too SWEET. so in the end my dad cant eat .. haha .. anyways by evening i was done .. cleared up and went to wash up .. i had cocoa powder & meringue mixture all over cuz i accidentally lifted the whip while it was still on .. so it whipped all over me ..

was watching tv while waiting for amanda to come home .. then that girl tell me that she didn't wanna go for dinner .. so pissed with her laa .. anyways she came with me in the end .. we cabbed down to east coast .. and got stuck in some jam there .. the fare came to $15 (inclusive of $2 extra charge -- i dunno why also) ..

my dad was waiting for us at the seafood centre taxi stand .. went to the no signboard restaurant .. service was really bad cuz they were shorthanded .. customers even had to self-service laa .. we waited for quite sometime till someone took our orders .. had sharks fin soup, brocolli with scallop, steamed prawns, salad youtiao, sambal kangkong with cuttlefish, fried baby squid, oatmeal crayfish, white pepper crab and steamed pepper crab ..

it was such a good meal which totally made me think of giving up eating seafood for the next few days or maybe weeks .. cuz i had like prawns, crayfish, cuttlefish & crab .. =X .. anyways the bill came up to $288.12 (including gst, excluding service charge) .. we walked to the bus stop outside vs .. stopped to admire those pple playing cable ski .. got this small kid that seems younger than alethea who ski for quite some time .. totally impressed laa ..

took bus to boon keng where me & my sis took train home .. my parents sent my cousin back so they alighted at the next stop .. we met aunty may in the train .. she said i slimmed down la .. but i dont think so .. cuz i just ate so much for dinner =.=" .. she got off at hougang too .. washed up and went to sleep at 12.30 cuz my parents were nagging ..

11th mar : sunday ..

was really tired when i woke up at 6.50 .. my eyes were so small -.- i couldn't really open .. anyways after washing up and getting ready .. was done by 7.40 .. had breakfast and left house .. couldn't decide which pair of heels to wear .. in the end picked the black sharp end one.. i dozed off in the bus but manage to wake up before the stop ..

we got to church on time!! .. was trying to keep myself awake during service .. my eyes were kinda small that it felt like closing .. =X .. anyways manage to pull through the service .. then went up to library .. just sat there crapping away with my sis & jacob .. went up to mini creche for awhile .. played with josh .. he slimmed down and got a sunburn .. haha .. so cute laa .. played with lil grace too .. when she laughed there was a small lil tooth showing ..

at 11 left church with sis cuz they got class .. then took bus back .. suppose to meet shawn to get some stuff but he was late .. so i went up and got his vcds and brought down a muffin for him .. met him at the control station .. he lent me another set of vcds (: .. yayness .. more shows to watch .. haha .. went to get the stuff before heading back .. waited for his bus and it came very soon ..

had lunch at home with my maid .. watched 2 discs and fell asleep from 2plus all the way till 7.. was really surprised when i woke up cuz i thought my sis would be back .. but ahh she wasnt !! .. so called her and she told me that she actually accompanied them to swimming pool before going to my uncle's place for dinner .. she sounded real tired .. haha ..

had dinner and continued to watch 3 more discs .. stopped watching till now .. i'm currently mouseless cuz my mum's mouse died and she can't do her work without a mouse .. so i lent her mine .. have to go and get mouse for her tmr else i can't take back my mouse ..

so my plan for tmr is to go sch to help out with baoc stuff .. then head to raffles city to meet dora & allison cuz allison wanna get donuts and dora's accompanying and i wanna get too .. so might as well queue together .. haha .. after which we'll go buy mouse @ funan cuz dora also needs to get mouse .. then maybe head to town or sth till 9 ..

yepps .. i guess i'll go sleep now .. it's 2.03 !! ..
