oct week 2

8th oct : sunday ..

we got up like early la .. dunno why also .. left house quite early too .. and got to church like 15 mins earlier .. anyway praise & worship, communion, EOGM, sermon .. there was extraordinary general meeting cuz of the enblock sales of an apartment the church owned donated by a late sister-in-Christ ..

went up to library and aunty tj was there .. she gave me all my notes/books back .. then went up to mini creche .. kids kids kids .. it was crying day again .. so many cried =.=" .. we nearly went mad from it .. anyway in the end .. brought dyllis & dylanis down together with jan .. met jacob downstairs .. then we were like playing at the playground .. my heels kept getting caught in the gaps .. dylanis so scary la .. haha .. she both of them got stuck to jacob after that ..

went back up and dried them up cuz they both were very sweaty .. then sang some songs before dismissing them .. my family went to eat steamboat at roxy square .. then headed to grandma's place .. watched u, me & dupree on my laptop there .. after that came back home ..

9th oct : monday ..

met emy outside raffles place .. then waited for eudora .. we sat there to eat our pancakes before going to office .. called and did letters .. it was so boring laa .. went for lunch with eudora at macs .. saw mori coming out of ocbc bldg for lunch with her friends .. was talking to her over the phone for awhile .. then we had yami yougurt and went back to office .. we got our winnings from toto cuz betty & ivy went to collect (: .. eudora got quite sick after that and went back at 2 ..

me & emy called called called .. had some irritating bugger kept msging cuz he said not enough food and limited variety .. at 6 took train down to clementi .. was at ntuc buying drinks + fire starters (cuz they asked me to buy) .. then wanted to take bus but junwah said that it was FAR .. ask us to go jurong east to take bus instead .. who in the right mind would do it laa .. wanted to cab and cand called saying boon with her and they were going clementi to cab .. so we waited for them .. emy broke fast and we had bubble tea (: ..

when the finally reached took a cab at the taxi stand and made our way down .. by then the fire was up so i dunno why they made me get the fire starters =.=" .. anyway just chilled there for awhile to wait for the food to be cooked .. then the girls (wenling, ganting, emy, cand, me) went to the playground .. so fun la .. sitting on seesaw with them .. haah .. we wanted to go to the other side but emy & cand didn't wanna go with us .. so left them there ..

3 of us had so much fun laa .. sitting on that swinging thing .. hahaha .. then walked on ropes and went back to the pit .. more more more food (: .. there was plenty of food leftover laa .. the stupid bugger still dare tell me not enough .. hRmmf ...

anywayy .. we celebrate the sept-oct bdays .. emy, boon, me, jere, robin, junwah .. took alot of pics la .. then they saboed robin & jere .. yupps ... took class pic and helped clear up abit before leaving cuz cand wanna go .. it was arnd 10 by then .. we manage to hail a cab .. the uncle spoke malay to us when we got in .. then send cand home .. anyway he talked to me in chinese and said that he thought we were malay la cuz he saw emy .. but emy nv take cab with us .. hahaa she took the mercs with rick & boon ..

10th oct : tuesday ..

another day at work .. eudora wasn't arnd cuz she still wasn't feeling better .. so i met emy at raffles place as usual and we went to work .. started clearing our call lists .. but i had to finish my letters first ..

went for lunch with ivy & betty at banquet .. had prawn mee, kueh pie tee and yami yougurt !! .. haha i was kinda hungry that day i dunno why also .. haha .. went back to office and continued calling .. at 4+ emy finish her list already .. she left at 5 .. the office was quiett .. =.="

then at 6 we left and i walked to clarke quay to take train back ..

11th oct : wednesday ..

happy NINETEENTH shawn !!

it's my LAST day of work !! .. actually discussed with eudora already .. and her parents even told her to resign that day .. we had like 1200 phone calls to clear that day .. then the 3 of us (dora, emy, me) took 400 each and chiong all the way .. went for lunch with betty & ivy .. had fish soup (: .. it was nice .. haha ..

betty went to the posb i think .. so ivy followed us .. then went to get bday card for shawn at kalm's .. ivy helped me choose .. hahaha .. she's so funny laa .. took today and bought newspaper before going back to the office ..

continued our calling .. then by 4+ we were all done .. just needed to collate stats and piece the files together .. lisa was leaving at 5 .. so tried to make everything properly thus it'll be easier for her when she goes thru the stats tmr .. so from 5 - 6 .. dora was helping me with it .. then finally we were done (: .. finished up my letters too .. packed our stuff and left at 6 (: ..

went to meet shawn at ps .. we went to bk and waited for christina to come .. our initial plan was to meet with alvin to watch a show .. but something cropped up at home so he couldn't come .. then christina's friends ps-ed her .. so she joined us and we watched the departed together !! .. it was kinda boring i think .. haha .. the woman beside me was irritating .. she kept "shhh-ing" others and spilled her drink i think ..

anyway after the show we were looking for a place to chill and decided on starbucks .. so left shawn there while i accompanied christina to draw money .. then we were thinking how to surprise him laa .. ended up going back to starbucks and stared at the counter for a nice "smashable" cake .. but dun have .. so we went to breadtalk instead .. haha .. it was very funny .. we asked if the staff had lighter we could borrow .. they directed us to the info counter ..

christina wanted to asked the lady there but she was on the phone .. so she ended up looking at the carrefour staff pics .. the breadtalk staff saw and laughed .. after that we made shawn go across the road with our stuff then we went underground .. he was standing outside the mrt station laa .. made a run while he wasn't looking but christina was stuck there .. so called him to distract him and made him walk towards parkmall .. somehow he saw christina =X .. ahahha ..

i really dunno if he was blur or what la .. but he really walked to parkmall and by luck .. he met cher !! .. haha .. so me and christina were like hiding away and we saw .. christina called cher to make sure she was cher .. haha .. then asked her to help us cuz both of us we trying to light up the candles on the cake .. there was alot of ants and wind !! .. finally when we lit them up .. called cher to bring shawn over .. and tadaaa .. made him blew the candles first cuz it was hard keeping the flames with the wind arnd ..

then sang bday song .. then took out the excess stuff and "smashed" abit on him .. haha .. took pics but w.out the smashed part cuz he cleaned it off !! .. and so we had a 2nd round of smashing which was so funny la .. the cake got onto his chin and flew behind landing on the floor .. hahaha .. cleared up the place before taking more pics (: .. haha it was so hilarious ... then somehow we cut the clean cake and use our hands to eat ..

there was an ant attack and we were forced to leave the place .. shawn kept jumping cuz there was ants on his fav shoes .. haha .. darn funny la .. we threw away the dirty stuff and said our goodbyes before heading different directions home (: ..

12th oct : thursday ..

for ONCE during the holidays .. i spent my whole day at home!! .. i think got pple asked me if i wanted to go out .. but i was simply enjoying myself at home .. hooked to "full house" on youtube !! .. haha .. watched like 13 episodes that day .. whEee~ it's so nice laa .. i kinda cried when they divorced =X

13th oct : friday ..

it's friday the 13th !! .. and i've got a hot date with yishi (: .. got up arnd 9+ i think then watched 2 episodes of "full house" before preparing to leave house .. took train to clarke quay and walked to funan .. she was already halfway cutting her hair at kimage when i reached .. so waited for her to be done then we headed to marina square in the light drizzle ..

had kfc for lunch .. that cheezito .. haha .. it was so funny laa .. we nearly froze there so quickly left the place and walked arnd .. after that decided to walk to bugis .. on the way went to raffles city's skin food .. went we got to bugis .. my shoes decide to split =.=" .. so we went hunting high and low for shoes .. wanted to get the urs shoes but no size ): .. ended up getting cleo mag and chilled out at tcc with just 2 glasses of iced water and a ti-rum-isu .. haha .. it was rummy !!

we used that as our "bday cake" to celebrate (: .. then exchanged present .. haha .. yishi's reaction was very funny .. cuz i showed her the bouquet of flowers that i made on my dp .. then she thought some guy gave to me .. but in fact it was for her ! .. so she spent the whole day pestering me to tell her who it was from .. hahaha ..

anyway we ended up walking back to marina square .. ahaha .. on the way went to citilink urs but again no shoes .. so went to marina square's urs and finally bought a suitable pair .. it was brown and matched whatever i was wearing .. yupps .. after that went to skin food there too .. walked arnd and headed to changing appetite for milkshake !! .. yishi had some minty flavour while i had strawberry .. haha ..

from there we went to esplanade to chill and took ALOT of pictures .. haha .. it was so nice chilling out with her .. yupps .. headed home after that to finish watching my "full house" (:

14th oct : saturday ..

was up at 7.45 .. had to prepare for piano class .. called to wake alvin at 8.30 cuz he msged me the night before to give him morning call in case he can't wake up in time .. left house at 8.50 and reached at 9 .. my teacher was out of town and had a replacement teacher, ms catherina .. she was real nice !! .. revised the old hymns then gave me new hymn .. she gave me the score for hillsong's "for all u've done" .. she was very patient with me cuz i kept making mistakes .. haha ..

after class met up with dad & alethea .. swapped my bag with dad so he could bring home my piano stuff while he passed me thhe other bag that had my clothes and whatever not to bring to sentosa .. took train down and met the rest at harbourfront .. went into sentosa and headed to tanjong beach .. had ice breakers .. cat mouse, tennis ball, aeiou & the forest/squrriel game .. then was given our first clue to the first station .. it was across the suspending "bridge" at siloso beach .. suppose to lift bottles out of the area using raffia string and only 5 members are not blindfolded so that they can give instructions on how to move ..

the game was slow paced la .. and dearest christina was an accomplice cuz the mastermind alvin made her take my hairclip out !! anyway after that cheered and went to nxt station at images of sg .. everyone agreed on taking the skyride up .. so whEee~ up we went .. ahaha .. i sat with wenling & jere (: .. it was scary .. haha .. but we took many many pics up there .. found the nxt station .. suppose to find a hidden watermelon, smash it up and eat it .. then piece back the shell ... took quite fast for that station ..

went to underwater world for the nxt station .. had to turn 10 rounds, use towels/clothes to soak the water then "wet" ourselves before going to a plate filled with flour and sweets and use our mouth to pick a sweet out .. went with yani, yp & eunice .. it was so funny la .. then last station was at the garden fountain or sth like that .. it was scavenger hunt .. eunice & her friends left cuz they were getting quite sian .. while the rest of us headed to palawan .. took a break on the way at bk .. we left w/out rene cuz she was waiting for wenling & jere .. then all of us waited at the tram station for them w/out knowing that they reached there already .. was thinking of cheers and reused the red bull ones (: ..

we got there the last .. took grp shot and settled down .. our grp scored the lowest but we were contented (: .. after everything wrapped up .. took a quick shower .. it was refreshing (: .. then waited for the rest to be done before taking bus out .. we went to harbourfront centre food court to eat .. found seats and settle down .. i saw my parents there !! .. haha .. they went window shopping at vivo .. anyway we were there for a long time la .. till 10+ .. alvin made us play "oh ah peh ah som" and the loser would have to forfiet by eating a mouthfull of ice kachang !! .. and i was very suay that night keep kana the odd one .. so was stuffed with ice kachang la .. in the end i was very very cold =X ..

took train back with the rest of the scos who alighted at outram/dhoby leaving winson & rongde .. dad came down to wait for me (: .. washed up and was online uploading pics before going to sleep ..
