day 1.
monday : 11th sept
alarm rang at 5.30 .. sis was in the toilet so waited for her to be done before washing up and getting ready .. arnd 5.50 emy called me .. was talking to her for awhile till rick met her .. then at 6.30 got calls from winson & fangqi .. so quickly took my stuff and went down to meet them .. fangqi was at the lift while winson was at platform .. fangqi forgot to bring her ezlink so she quickly bought "train tix" to serangoon .. then we ran after the ttrain ... manage to catch it one door away from winson though ..
got off at serangoon and went across to wait for christina .. she came not long later (: .. had enough time to complete the lanyard by adding the string on .. yupps .. christina's bro gave all of us a lift to tanah merah ferry terminal !! .. whEee~ ..
by the time we got there jingyii was already there .. mori smsed me telling me she would be late cuz her friend (christine) wasn't feeling very well .. emy was at tanah merah waiting for bus .. anywayy jux hang arnd till rene came with our shirts .. went to change but the temporary toilet totally sucked .. so ended up changing outside .. haha .. reminds me of the sec sch days where we always change in the classroom ..
anywayy after that took many many pics !! .. then went through customs to our ferry ... sat in between venetia & mori .. but in the end everyone went taking pictures .. haha .. no one was sick i guess .. cuz everyone was so hyped up taking pictures !! my angel gave me a BIG packet of m&m !! .. so nice laa .. was gossiping/bitching away with jingyii, emy, mori, christina .. haha ..
anyway went through the indonesian customs and boarded the bus .. who knows i ended up sitting with JINGYII !!.. haha .. so fun la .. left our stuff in the common room .. had briefing and was cheering away .. after that split into 2 grps .. 1,2,3 -> wet activities .. 4,5,6 -> low elements .. my grp was SIX so we got to do low elements .. first station was erm .. standing on the trolley then mux move as a grp and pick the colour ball of the trolley ..
my grp was an all girls grp !! .. regina leaded us .. so fun la .. (: .. it started pouring like mad .. then we stopped and went over to common room .. played with mouse traps !! scary but fun !! .. haha .. suppose to stack the mouse traps one on top of another .. anyway my grp was great !! .. they manage to conquer their fears !! .. yays .. then had lunch ... yumms .. the other grp came back soaking wet !! .. had to lend them towels to prevent them from catching a cold ..
after that it was our turn to go wet activities .. wet wet wet .. rain poured heavily on us .. it didn't affect our moods though (: .. haha .. the snake one took ALOT of time .. but we did it !! yayys .. then "built" our raft .. haha .. somehow it stopped raining and was LOW TIDE then so we got stuck on rocks & corals !! .. thank God we had shawn (: he was "steering" us in the right direction .. somehow me & fangqi ended out of the raft and it left w/out us !! we were like screaming like mad trying to keep our balance cuz we stepped on those stupid rocks & corals ..
they had to send pple to help us .. hahaha .. finally we made it on shore !! went to wash up and headed back to common room .. christina bluff me !! .. she said we were in different dorm !! and my dorm was far far awayy .. >.< .. anywayy i found out that i was gonna sleep beside her laa !! .. so mean right !! .. haha .. jingyii was really nice she brought my stuff to our dorm (: ..
anyway showered .. it blacked out !! =X had alot of free time cuz night trek was postponed due to bad weather .. had dinner and was practicing for our skit .. it was superb ! had a "debreif" and went to bed .. lights out not long later .. christina was so cute laa .. she said won't be cold so wear fbt and didn't use blanket .. who knows in the middle of the night the aircon was on full blast and we all frozed .. so no choice but to use the blanket and shiver non stop .. poor christina kana flu and was looking for tissue .. she didn't wake me la .. i got one pack of tissue in my bag .. haha ..
day 2.
tuesday : 12th sept
our waking up time was like 8am sg time .. who knows alarm started ringing from 6 -> 8 .. ahhaha so funny laa .. then we all got up and share one cubicle (: ... hees .. had breakfast together then boarded the bus to go bintan lagoon resort where the TCP; high & low elements were located there .. so yupps .. off we went .. we continued what we missed the day before .. our first activity was high elements .. split ourselves into grps of 6 .. then tuck hong, wee leong, emy, mori & sinyee with me ! (: .. haha
our grp had to demo how to use those "equipments" and stuff .. then started .. omgomg la .. so scary but kept cheering (: .. i had to belay emy - i dunno how to spell it .. it was so scary .. i think she was like cursing me .. hahaha .. i rmb we had to say like "am i on belay" .. reply with "belay on" .. then "i choose to climb" .. reply with "climb on" ... and when we reach the end and wanna "jump" down .. we have to say .. "can i trust u?!" .. and when everyone says "YES" whHeee~ down u go .. haha .. oh wells .. i was like stuck up there for a long time with the blazing sun la .. cuz my legs were shaking like mad .. somehow made it down (:
after that went to do the pamper's role .. i didn't manage to touch that thingy la .. closed my eyes and jumped too low but luckily was on belay .. haha .. after that tried that big swing .. we manage to psycho mori to go up too !! .. heehee~ .. screamed like mad la .. it was scary but nice (: .. had lunch and low elements was nxt .. we had to climb over the low wall .. our grp consisting of 2,4,6 took 17+ mins to do it !! .. then the log game .. we have to stand on the log and arrange ourselves from shortest to tallest .. not suppose to step off the ground if not have to restart ..
then 2nd round cannot talk and mux arrange according to bday .. but someone stepped off i think so restart .. then this time it was arrange according to shoe size w/out talking .. so yepps .. we did it very fast !! went over to whale watch and was trying to balance the big big seesaw .. it was fun but dizzy cuz we jux kept going up and down .. hahah .. manage to hang on for 20 secs .. yayys .. then had the shopping trip thingy .. cuz that night we had to cook dinner ourselves .. monica & venetia were i/c for that and we merged with grp 2 .. zaazeezoo !! .. ahaha ..
jingyii was sick so accompanied her .. then she went to rest (: .. our grp gathered and cooked pasta !! .. the trainers were showing the guys how to open can tins w/out using openners .. it was rough but i think they enjoyed it !! .. haha .. finally first "batch" of pasta done !! .. shared it arnd .. in the end me, shawn & suhartono shared a tin of creamy based pasta cuz he was vegetarian .. added loads of corns !! .. haha .. i think that was what made us corny .. suhartono was telling me cold joke abt tomato .. haha that was how he got famous being lame !! ..
after that washed up and got ready for night trek !! .. shawn didn't join us cuz he was feeling tired and had night blindness .. off we went .. yanhan, xiyao, monica, venetia, jingyi, fangqi, mori, me & suhartono .. that was our single file arrangement .. we were talking as the grps left one by one .. suhartono was telling us lame jokes !! .. then he tried to promote indonesia .. i saw a shooting star (: .. mori said that we were under the milky way .. it seems like though .. the night view was nice ..
anwyay we were the last grp !! .. but had 2 lecturers following us (: .. mr lee & mr chong .. haha .. manage to persuade the trainers to let us go earlier .. and off we went !! .. got abit lost at first .. but thanks to the guys we made it !! .. met 2 SFs .. rene & morgan .. we did a head count and mr lee + mr chong added "10 .. 11" .. rene said "who's that idiot !!" .. cuz our grp only had 9 pple .. ahaha .. it was so funny laa ..
thought that they were suppose to follow us .. so choo choo train .. our line got longer .. met brenda & yongjie not long later and they joined us too .. haha .. however realised that they were not suppose too cuz we were suppose to go in one round and come out !! .. we met emy's grp on the way in .. they were going out cuz they were the 1st grp .. haha .. on the way met many many grps .. somehow "merged" with cher's grp .. when we reached the end .. we were trying to look for pple .. then i think they were like .. i see 6 pple .. then looked closer .. saw 2 .. but finally it was 4 !! .. mel, cheryl & 2 trainers ..
that was when our line offically got longer .. haha .. picked up lightsticks on the way back .. when we finally reached the starting point .. had debrief and slowly walked back .. the road seemed to be "floating" .. haha .. we were like the brightest grp cuz of the lightsticks .. the trainers who rode ATV waited for us too .. so nice of them (: .. when we finally reached .. everyone was like clean .. and there was a longg queue for toilet .. so christina told me to wait until debrief was over before going to shower ..
by the time i was done and went to bed .. it was like 2+ 3 sg time .. emy & jingyii were sleeping already .. so i didn't know what time to set my alarm .. me & christina set like 15 mins difference i think .. my hair was wet !! so slept with a towel over my pillow ..
day 3.
wednesday : 13th sept
i was shivering when i got up cuz my hair was cold and touched my skin .. then jingyi & emy woke up too .. jingyii lent me her blanket to keep myself warm .. we woke christina and went to wash up .. as usual shared cubicle .. had breakfast and quickly got ready to leave .. the bus came and brought us to bintan lagoon resort for our TCP .. mori was real sick .. i took care of her for awhile before a teacher came .. our grp was with the smelly farties .. christina's grp (: .. played who.what.huh .. then that polar bear hunter game ..
came out with more cheers and practiced for skit .. we did it like real fast !! .. *red bull rocks!!* .. haha .. played summore and it was finally our turn =X .. we were the 2nd last grp .. got to do TCP with xiyao, shawn & fangqi .. mori suppose to be with us but she was sick so didn't join us .. xiyao was leading us followed by fangqi, me and shawn behind .. the other red bulls belayed us while we went up .. walked on a line and was shaking like mad .. the 2nd stop was worst !! .. we had to walk on a line and hang on to ropes .. our line shaked like mad .. xiyao was really patient with us and encouraged us (: ..
then i think it was the 1st cage .. we rested before walking on the big log .. got over smoothly cuz the log was very stable .. had to climb the rope nets .. as we clung onto it the fragments of rope flew into our faces .. shawn suddenly felt asthmatic but kept saying he was fine .. in the end manage to make him stop .. so our grp got smaller with 3 of us .. we made it thru the bridge and caught up with the 2nd zaazeezoo grp .. not long later the 2nd red bull grp caught up with us at the 2nd cage (: .. we cheered !! ..
continued up the TCP .. rock climbing .. it was so so so fun .. haha .. then the leap of faith or sth like that .. i was quite scared to drop into that hole .. xiyao & fangqi were encouraging me all the way and we did it !! (: .. up we went another rope net to our final destination where we rang the bell and took a grp shot .. xiyao went down the flying fox first then it was fangqi .. i was the last .. quite afraid .. i heard cheers for me from below .. it was very encouraging (: .. requested that the guy push me down cuz i know i wouldn't be able to leave if he ask me to do it at my own pace .. and as expected .. i screamed down =X .. haha .. was like hanging tight on the wire that hung on me ..
went to meet up with the rest and cheered while waiting for the nxt grp .. yanhan did a stun on the way down .. so funny la .. when everyone was down had lunch together .. then went to cheer for jingyi !! she was very very afraid and was stuck there .. she manage to make it down (: .. yayys .. nxt activity was paintball !! .. split ourselves into grps .. took the same grp as the one for TCP .. mori & shawn joined us !! .. was the last grp to play .. then both red bull grps beat smelly farties .. wahaha ..
in the end .. we were the overall champions for paintballs !! .. so cool la !! (: .. headed back for dinner at pasar ole ole .. i think .. hahah .. had buffet style .. then everyone's angel-mortal was in action .. so funny la .. i was abit dizzy but manage to pull through .. zooom went back to campsite and got ready for campfire .. redbull wore our RED shirts !! .. it was really nice .. the RB glowed on the left .. haha .. (: gathered and walked to camp able where our campfire was situated .. mr lee gave his speech and tried to light the campfire many many times.. the fire was very small .. haha started singing camp songs and skit !! ..
moonichikimooni went first .. then it was us !! .. whEee~ forgot abt the old mcdonald part but we did it in the end .. haha .. then a series of cheers + the TRIBUTE .. it was great !! .. after that i can't rmb what grp already .. haha .. then in between .. the SSFs gave their speeches not forgetting the SFs too .. it was very emotional .. but they ROCK !! (: .. did the sundance .. rene showed us how to do it .. funny girl mixed the steps .. haha .. but it didn't really matter cuz all of us enjoyed ourselves !! .. continued with skits from the other 3 grps .. they were good too !! .. esp bimbotic emy .. HAHAA .. natural talents right!!
got to stop as soon as everyone was done cuz they were gonna fog the place .. so went back to common room .. got to know our angels and mortals .. my angel was wenjin !! .. haha .. he's nice .. then did friendship dance .. went one round the room .. like 4-5 more pple till my "original" dance partner - brenda aka mortal ! .. haha .. took many many many pics !! .. then went to wash up ..
we stayed up gossiping/bitching/crapping .. they were between my bed & christina's at first .. then decided to go upper bunk .. so emy & christina were on yunpei's while me & jingyii were on emy's .. haha .. emy & christina were getting tired .. so we concluded that yunpei's bed was jinxed .. haha .. whoever slept/sit on it will get sleepy .. then the guys came over wanting to draw on the faces of those who were sleeping .. but they didn't draw any girls in the end .. haha ..
at arnd 4+ sg time we all decided to sleep .. so knocked out as soon as we hit the bed ..
day 4.
thursday : 14th sept
it was free and easy day for us (: .. we could choose to sleep in or do other activities .. but mel came in at 10 and woke all of us up !! .. obviously we were all lazing in bed cuz we didn't have any plans to do anything .. haha .. surprisingly christina was up early .. luckily we didn't bet the night before that she'll be the last to wake up .. ahha .. went to wash up as soon as the queue for toilets got lesser .. shared cubicles again !! .. haha .. then waited for everyone to be done .. took pics while waiting for mori & christine .. headed to the sea sports centre .. not really alot of pple ..
borrowed volleyball and bought drinks .. the price was like extortion !! .. SGD$7 for a bottle of big mineral water and SGD$2 for a can of coke .. 100 plus was worst !! .. SGD$3 .. =X .. went to play volleyball and our arms were in pain .. haha .. more and more pple joined us cuz they were waiting for their turns on the banana boats .. then went to look for christina & christine with mori .. christina splashed water on me !! .. then we went over to emy & jingyi and gave them a biggg wet hug .. they didn't expect it laa cuz they thought we were joining them for games .. then shawn threw emy into the water .. with his help we all threw jingyii too !! .. haha .. so funn (:
took more more pics before going to wash up .. had a quick shower cuz alot of pple behind .. it started pouring and we were suppose to meet for lunch .. doris ran in the rain to get a bus for us .. finally when the whole grp met .. we headed for the buffet !! .. took many pics again .. haha .. we were very very full from it .. my mortal and jingyi's angel - brenda gave us cakes !! .. *thanks* (: .. we both went to get cakes & fruits for darling brenda too .. haha .. went back and finish packing "offically" .. was in common room for prize presentation ..
so so so exciting .. haha .. we all got photoframes with the big big big idare pics taken the day before .. haha .. then best BT were announced from each grp .. yanhan got it !! yayyys .. haha .. every grp had an award too .. red bull got the iDARE 2oo6 grp award (: .. we rockk !! .. hahaha .. took our stuff to the common room and sang "if we hold on together" .. got our idare certs too .. my angel was holding on to mine .. how fated can we be ! .. haha .. took bus back to ferry terminal .. then went on board the ferry .. another round of crazy photo takings !! .. haha .. went for dinner with some of the idare pple .. jingyii came with me .. christina was very tired so she went back first .. anyway we ate very slowly laa .. vinda came to talk to us (: .. after that winson & wenjin wanted to go back .. so i shared cab with them !! .. surprisingly wenjin stays at hougang too !! .. haha .. i was the first to alight .. *thanks guys* .. came back and dumped all my dirty laundry for washing .. then cleared up here and there before uploading pictures and sending them .. then snuggling into bed ..

i was shivering when i got up cuz my hair was cold and touched my skin .. then jingyi & emy woke up too .. jingyii lent me her blanket to keep myself warm .. we woke christina and went to wash up .. as usual shared cubicle .. had breakfast and quickly got ready to leave .. the bus came and brought us to bintan lagoon resort for our TCP .. mori was real sick .. i took care of her for awhile before a teacher came .. our grp was with the smelly farties .. christina's grp (: .. played who.what.huh .. then that polar bear hunter game ..
came out with more cheers and practiced for skit .. we did it like real fast !! .. *red bull rocks!!* .. haha .. played summore and it was finally our turn =X .. we were the 2nd last grp .. got to do TCP with xiyao, shawn & fangqi .. mori suppose to be with us but she was sick so didn't join us .. xiyao was leading us followed by fangqi, me and shawn behind .. the other red bulls belayed us while we went up .. walked on a line and was shaking like mad .. the 2nd stop was worst !! .. we had to walk on a line and hang on to ropes .. our line shaked like mad .. xiyao was really patient with us and encouraged us (: ..
then i think it was the 1st cage .. we rested before walking on the big log .. got over smoothly cuz the log was very stable .. had to climb the rope nets .. as we clung onto it the fragments of rope flew into our faces .. shawn suddenly felt asthmatic but kept saying he was fine .. in the end manage to make him stop .. so our grp got smaller with 3 of us .. we made it thru the bridge and caught up with the 2nd zaazeezoo grp .. not long later the 2nd red bull grp caught up with us at the 2nd cage (: .. we cheered !! ..
continued up the TCP .. rock climbing .. it was so so so fun .. haha .. then the leap of faith or sth like that .. i was quite scared to drop into that hole .. xiyao & fangqi were encouraging me all the way and we did it !! (: .. up we went another rope net to our final destination where we rang the bell and took a grp shot .. xiyao went down the flying fox first then it was fangqi .. i was the last .. quite afraid .. i heard cheers for me from below .. it was very encouraging (: .. requested that the guy push me down cuz i know i wouldn't be able to leave if he ask me to do it at my own pace .. and as expected .. i screamed down =X .. haha .. was like hanging tight on the wire that hung on me ..
went to meet up with the rest and cheered while waiting for the nxt grp .. yanhan did a stun on the way down .. so funny la .. when everyone was down had lunch together .. then went to cheer for jingyi !! she was very very afraid and was stuck there .. she manage to make it down (: .. yayys .. nxt activity was paintball !! .. split ourselves into grps .. took the same grp as the one for TCP .. mori & shawn joined us !! .. was the last grp to play .. then both red bull grps beat smelly farties .. wahaha ..
in the end .. we were the overall champions for paintballs !! .. so cool la !! (: .. headed back for dinner at pasar ole ole .. i think .. hahah .. had buffet style .. then everyone's angel-mortal was in action .. so funny la .. i was abit dizzy but manage to pull through .. zooom went back to campsite and got ready for campfire .. redbull wore our RED shirts !! .. it was really nice .. the RB glowed on the left .. haha .. (: gathered and walked to camp able where our campfire was situated .. mr lee gave his speech and tried to light the campfire many many times.. the fire was very small .. haha started singing camp songs and skit !! ..
moonichikimooni went first .. then it was us !! .. whEee~ forgot abt the old mcdonald part but we did it in the end .. haha .. then a series of cheers + the TRIBUTE .. it was great !! .. after that i can't rmb what grp already .. haha .. then in between .. the SSFs gave their speeches not forgetting the SFs too .. it was very emotional .. but they ROCK !! (: .. did the sundance .. rene showed us how to do it .. funny girl mixed the steps .. haha .. but it didn't really matter cuz all of us enjoyed ourselves !! .. continued with skits from the other 3 grps .. they were good too !! .. esp bimbotic emy .. HAHAA .. natural talents right!!
got to stop as soon as everyone was done cuz they were gonna fog the place .. so went back to common room .. got to know our angels and mortals .. my angel was wenjin !! .. haha .. he's nice .. then did friendship dance .. went one round the room .. like 4-5 more pple till my "original" dance partner - brenda aka mortal ! .. haha .. took many many many pics !! .. then went to wash up ..
we stayed up gossiping/bitching/crapping .. they were between my bed & christina's at first .. then decided to go upper bunk .. so emy & christina were on yunpei's while me & jingyii were on emy's .. haha .. emy & christina were getting tired .. so we concluded that yunpei's bed was jinxed .. haha .. whoever slept/sit on it will get sleepy .. then the guys came over wanting to draw on the faces of those who were sleeping .. but they didn't draw any girls in the end .. haha ..
at arnd 4+ sg time we all decided to sleep .. so knocked out as soon as we hit the bed ..
day 4.
thursday : 14th sept
it was free and easy day for us (: .. we could choose to sleep in or do other activities .. but mel came in at 10 and woke all of us up !! .. obviously we were all lazing in bed cuz we didn't have any plans to do anything .. haha .. surprisingly christina was up early .. luckily we didn't bet the night before that she'll be the last to wake up .. ahha .. went to wash up as soon as the queue for toilets got lesser .. shared cubicles again !! .. haha .. then waited for everyone to be done .. took pics while waiting for mori & christine .. headed to the sea sports centre .. not really alot of pple ..
borrowed volleyball and bought drinks .. the price was like extortion !! .. SGD$7 for a bottle of big mineral water and SGD$2 for a can of coke .. 100 plus was worst !! .. SGD$3 .. =X .. went to play volleyball and our arms were in pain .. haha .. more and more pple joined us cuz they were waiting for their turns on the banana boats .. then went to look for christina & christine with mori .. christina splashed water on me !! .. then we went over to emy & jingyi and gave them a biggg wet hug .. they didn't expect it laa cuz they thought we were joining them for games .. then shawn threw emy into the water .. with his help we all threw jingyii too !! .. haha .. so funn (:
took more more pics before going to wash up .. had a quick shower cuz alot of pple behind .. it started pouring and we were suppose to meet for lunch .. doris ran in the rain to get a bus for us .. finally when the whole grp met .. we headed for the buffet !! .. took many pics again .. haha .. we were very very full from it .. my mortal and jingyi's angel - brenda gave us cakes !! .. *thanks* (: .. we both went to get cakes & fruits for darling brenda too .. haha .. went back and finish packing "offically" .. was in common room for prize presentation ..
so so so exciting .. haha .. we all got photoframes with the big big big idare pics taken the day before .. haha .. then best BT were announced from each grp .. yanhan got it !! yayyys .. haha .. every grp had an award too .. red bull got the iDARE 2oo6 grp award (: .. we rockk !! .. hahaha .. took our stuff to the common room and sang "if we hold on together" .. got our idare certs too .. my angel was holding on to mine .. how fated can we be ! .. haha .. took bus back to ferry terminal .. then went on board the ferry .. another round of crazy photo takings !! .. haha .. went for dinner with some of the idare pple .. jingyii came with me .. christina was very tired so she went back first .. anyway we ate very slowly laa .. vinda came to talk to us (: .. after that winson & wenjin wanted to go back .. so i shared cab with them !! .. surprisingly wenjin stays at hougang too !! .. haha .. i was the first to alight .. *thanks guys* .. came back and dumped all my dirty laundry for washing .. then cleared up here and there before uploading pictures and sending them .. then snuggling into bed ..
