baoc - part 2
Thursday : 20th apr - day 3
left house bright and early in the morning .. reached at arnd 9.15 .. =X .. was late .. haha .. then we went to convention centre to get ready for last rehearsal .. went to get the hats on the way .. taught those who weren't arnd the night before the transition steps .. then practiced for afew times before it was our turn to rehearse one last time .. it was great jux that they stand too back already .. =X .. we went out and practiced afew more times and at 11+ .. they were given break till 12.10 ..
so me & jingyi took orders and rushed down to kap macs to buy lunch for them .. we cabbed there and met my grp pple :) .. we slowly ordered and got rather confused .. haha .. aunty missed out afew orders .. then we rushed back to school .. wanted to cab but no cab !! .. so ended up taking bus and jingyi had to use coins cuz she forgot to bring her ezlink card out .. then we breeze walked all the way to convention .. let them have their lunch and we rehearsed one last time before the laptop batt died ..
waited and waited nervously for our turn .. took many many pics!! .. the girls were helping one another makeup .. the guys watching "free show" by the MJ pple .. then when it was finally our turn .. i followed the pple on the stage left while emy accompanied those on the stage right .. the ain't it funny pple position was still too back and i got my summer breeze pple to stand forward :) ..
they ended too abruptly cuz of some counting error .. but it ended rather nicely :) .. yayys .. hahaha .. 3 cheers & 3 cheers & 3 cheers to performers *huga shaga huga shaga huga shaga whOoosh* *huga shaga huga shaga huga shaga whOoosh* *huga shaga huga shaga huga shaga whOoosh* .. haha .. we joined our grp after that .. corrine told me that they danced very nicely !! :) .. then was watching the pageant with her .. commented and commented .. wahahaha ..
made roses with crepe paper .. 3 for mel, 2 for alex, 2 for shaoping :) .. had 2 performances which encored .. 1 by lecturers another by SCOs & ASCOs .. then award time !! .. mr & ms BA from RODEO !! .. :) .. yayyys .. i thought it would be that way cuz it was a bonus point that both of them are an item !! .. haha .. and the way they answered the qn rocked. esp for the guy's ".. we are a couple, so we share the same thought" .. haha ..
we won for best deco too !! :) .. many many thanks to mai, rai & gang :) .. the charcoal drawings, beautiful range front (which me & emy drew wood grains), the standing characters (which the ID pple helped make stand), the streamers (me & emy did it too !!), not forgetting the BIG BANNER!! it was so real !! haha ..
FM won for best og .. we wonder why .. but it's ok la .. cuz every grp had a prize each .. lol .. weixiong won best SC for rodeo :) .. congrates !! .. then after everything .. it was PARTY TIME !! .. we jux went arnd taking pics and more more pics :) .. some of which i've uploaded in my earlier entry .. haha .. then had a short debrief abt the nxt day .. after that went with the performers for dinner .. only peggy, christopher, huiting, amabel, geraldine, peiling, christine, corrine, jingyi & me .. couldn't decide and went to btp's pizza hut .. had alot of fun crapping there till 8 ..
amabel, geraldine & peiling were very funny !! .. although they jux met for those few days .. they already behaved as though they've known each other for a long time !! .. we laughed our heads off as amabel said jingyi was CUTE. hahaha .. she kept giving the blur blur face and was rather WOLS abt everything going on arnd her .. haha .. at 8 we settled the bill and left .. cabbed to clementi with jingyi .. she took bus while i went to look for peilin ..
after meeting her at watsons .. went to meet the rest of the grp at the hawker centre .. regina, sinyee, dingren, bryan, weijian, mingli, joseph, joshua, peilin, rachel, yishi & jere were there .. haha .. they told me sth abt jere breaking the table .. =X .. then we were jux crapping away .. told them abt the "am chio will cause breast cancer" cuz saw regina am chio-ing .. haha .. then they concluded that for guys .. they'll have nipple cancer instead of breast cancer .. wahaha .. darn hilarious ..
at arnd 9+ we called jackson and he was home .. tricked him into believing that we were waiting for him and haven't eaten .. haha .. then joshua left and regina pranked him saying the grp meeting at 8.30 the next day at kap macs .. haha .. no one knows if he believed .. haha .. then at arnd 10 we dispersed .. dingren went to the interchange .. jere,joseph & rachel took bus at i dunno where .. yishi & sinyee took bus opposite .. peilin & mingli took the train towards boon lay, i manage to persuade regina to take train with me & bryan cuz she was thinking of cabbing .. haha ..
we took to outram then change to harbourfront and all the way back to serangoon where bryan alighted, then kovan where regina alighted .. and finally hougang when i got home !! .. it was arnd 11+ by then .. was so tired but i didn't sleep till 2+ ..
Friday : 21st apr - day 4
i was busy making souveniers for SCs before i left house but i didn't give them =X .. ended reaching school late thus making jackson collect the stuff himself .. went up to find him and called emy .. but found out that he went bus stop to meet freshie .. so went running after him .. =X .. manage to catch up with him .. he walked real fast sia !! .. waited for the queen - regina to come .. then we headed to canteen 1 ..
from canteen 1 .. we went to under convention foyer where there were cca booths set up .. got pple think the SCs are freshies and some of them even ask us to give out fliers on behalf of them =X .. we jux followed the freshies arnd .. then slacked at the tables till it was time to go atrium .. again went round the booths .. found the 2 mystery booths but lack of one more "who wants to be the nxt richard clayerman" .. that last booth was irritating everyone ! ... me & peilin went round all the booths asking but there was no booth with that clue ..
jackson ended up suggesting we dun play the game and go canteen 2 to eat lunch instead .. haha .. so we went and i met jerhui + nicole there !! wahaha .. :) .. was explain the timetable to paul & indra .. haha .. had 2 cans of lemon barley for lunch .. sat arnd with regina, sinyee, cheyenne & paul .. the nxt table had bryan, suriani, eunice, sarinah & indra .. then mingli, dingren & yu guang sat on another one .. leaving weijian to sit with the SCs .. haha ..
found out regina's specs was lens-less and she had perfect eyesight .. jackson wore her specs and yishi took pics of him .. it turned out that she took 10 shots of jackson in the same position BUT 10 different shots of yuguang in the background .. haha .. it was so funny .. finished lunch at 1.45 and we were suppose to go squash court to meet .. however the freshies wanted to collect ez link card so i followed them ..
one by one names called .. i sent them off to the sports gallery in grps of 5,3,2 .. then was waiting for the last. WEI JIAN .. haha .. he sat there for a LONG time .. and luckily he asked the guy abt his card .. they told him that it might be lost and he was worried .. then the guy found his card !! .. it was arnd 45mins by then .. we joined the rest at the sports gallery and cheered like mad :) ..
in the end - BA WON !!! .. yays !! among the 11 schools i think .. we won ..
ahaha .. everyone was so HIGH they cheered non stop + went one round around the blue track :) .. there i met jiawen who asked me a stupid qn "hey alicia .. how come u are here ? .. u freshie ar ??" .. =.=" .. lawsonn heard this and said "nice one!" .. zzz .. so dumb la .. blahhx .. anyway everyone decided to go back .. but i got a call from vt telling me she was at atrium - bookbuzz booth .. then went to find her ..
went to meet vy @ btp mambo .. vt ps me to meet her friend !! .. so i walked there alone .. then was stoning on the chair .. hungry me !! .. then called vt .. she was on her way to mrt stn .. ask her to join us for dinner .. so she cabbed her way back to btp .. haha .. we were slacking there till 5.45 .. then went to get seats first .. 12 pple !! .. decided on what to order and the rest came ..
we had pasta + shared 6 piece drumlets .. haha .. the rest had pizza & soup .. then jux sat there rotting away again .. the table behind us was a grp of LSCT pple .. they had a vanessa in the grp too !! .. haha .. after settling the bill .. we went off .. vt saw ian with the grp of SCs .. she went to poke him and he shouted .. lol ..
anyway we walked to the bus stop and a non-aircon passed .. met terry there !! .. then another single deck passed .. FINALLY a aircon double deck came !! :) .. anyway .. i met the "smelly-face" prefect adeline in the bus .. haha .. she was so much radient + chubbier now .. haha .. pretty girl !! .. we talked all the way till she had to alight ..
